How much does a shoe cost?

In 2008, an iraqi journalist threw his shoes at George W. Bush.

Later, a Saudi millionaire reportedly offered $10 million for those shoes.

Now, what made those shoes extremely valuable?

Was it the quality of the shoe?
Was it how they looked?

No. It was the story behind them.

Now, let’s talk about P**n.

P**n becomes so pleasurable for the same reason.

There is a story we play in our mind that makes P**n seem more valuable than it really is.

When I start coaching someone and go deep into why they watch P**n, I often hear this story:

“Ahmed, P**n is like a digital partner, it replaces real intimacy, real connection, real love.”

That story feels very convincing, even though it’s false.

Think about it, a “partner” with zero efforts, no rejection, available at the fingertips.

Because of that story, a simple video turns into something that feels emotionally attractive.

So here’s the question that you should reflect on:
“What story are you telling yourself about p*rn?”

Once you become aware of that story, 50% of the work has been done.

Most people think quitting PMO is hard because “urges” are biological.

That’s not true.

If it was purely biology, everyone would struggle the same way. But they don’t…

The real issue isn’t “urges”…

It’s the root cause which you can find at a subconscious level.
