This 13 years old girl presented to me Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. with headaches and dizziness. MRI revealed colloid cyst of third ventricle.After counselling patient underwent endoscopic excision of colloid cyst and she was discharged on day 2 with no neurological deficits.She had wonderful recovery and mobilized and allowed oral diet.
This procedure was done with minimal invasive endoscopic procedure with a single burr frontal burr hole.

15 years old girl presented to me by Shifa International Hospitals Ltd with headaches and numbness on right side of the body.
MRI and CT scan was done after that biopsy was performed and discharged after 2 days.

10 year old boy presented with history of seizures for 2 months. his was done.Post op had an uneventful recovery.
Another Awake Craniotomy (Brain Tumor Surgery) done by Dr. Shahid Ahmed Shah at shifa International Hospital.The lady in her 50s presented with history of headache for past several months. When investigated, she was diagnosed to have brain tumor. she was advised surgery with the help of awake craniotomy (Brain Tumor )because her tumor was in the vicinity of brain area involved in the process of speech.She was counselled and briefed about the process of awake craniotomy and she underwent this procedure. Her tumor was removed while she was awake.Postoperatively she was fine with normal speech and other neurological functions. Alhamdulillah
