🕒 WHAT TIME SHOULD BABY SLEEP? (0–12 MONTHS) 🕒
Every baby is different, but here’s a general guide:
👶 0–3 months – Sleep anytime, 14–17 hrs total (no set bedtime yet)
👶 4–6 months – Bedtime around 7–9 PM, naps during the day
👶 7–9 months – Bedtime 7–8 PM, 2–3 naps
👶 10–12 months – Bedtime 7–8 PM, usually 2 naps
💡 Consistency is key—babies thrive on routine! A calming bedtime ritual (bath, lullaby, cuddle) helps signal it’s time to sleep. 🌙✨
