Improving people’s health is at the heart of every healthcare provider, but little attention can be given to the cause when so much time is spent on administrative tasks. HIITES started as a small practice management company that provided administration services like medical transcription and billing to a small number of providers in Jamestown psychiatry. For Jamestown psychiatry, HIITES was successfully freeing up doctor’s time, was able to give them freedom from administrative tasks like billing, medical documentation and prescription management. From a financial standpoint it made huge difference because of the favorable trade-off between what Jamestown was paying for management services and that which it was able to earn from saving doctors time and scheduling more patients. Happy with the progress that was being made, Jamestown psychiatry asked HIITES to take over all transcription, billing; and assign virtual assistants to each of their providers. HIITES success became Jamestown success, it was able to successfully free up resources which helped it in expanding its mental health services to Illinois. Soon HIITES was contacted by healthcare facilities and individual practitioners from different states in USA for management services.

HIITES is looking for a Business Development Executive who will focus on customer acquisition and lead generation. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Job Description:
-Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
-Building business relationships with current and potential clients
-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
-Collaborating with leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
-Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
-Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
-Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
-Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
-Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Qualifications
-Experience with lead generation and prospect management
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
-Persuasive and goal-oriented
-Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
-Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
-High school degree or equivalent
-Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
-Excellent analytical and time-management skills
-Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Nice to Have
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

-Minimum Bachelor's degree.
-Proven experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or a related role.
-Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and billing procedures.
-Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
