• Keep your head elevated (30–45°) while sleeping
• Do not touch, rub, or scratch the transplanted area
• Mild swelling is normal (forehead/eyes)

• First wash usually after 48–72 hours (as advised by your doctor)
• Use mild shampoo
• Gently pour water — no direct pressure
• Pat dry, don’t rub

• No exercise or gym for 7–10 days
• Avoid sun exposure for at least 2 weeks
• No smoking or alcohol for 5–7 days (affects graft survival)
• Avoid helmets/caps for 1 week (unless advised)
