This is EXACTLY why I made this post for you, to hopefully make things a little less stressful and more clear.
In terms of dosing;

β€’ Inositol = 3-4g daily
β†’ L-Carnitine = 1.5g daily
β†’ Vitamin D = 1,000IU good starting point for most
β€’ Berberine = 500 - 1,500mg daily
β€’ Magnesium = 300 - 400mg daily (citrate or glycinate)
β€’ Green Tea = 2 cups daily
β†’ Zinc = 20 - 30mg daily
β€’ Spearmint = 2 cups daily
β†’ Saw Palmetto = 320mg daily
β€’ CoQ10 = 100-200mg daily β†’ NAC = 500 - 1,500mg daily
β†’ Chromium = 200 - 400mcg daily
β†’ Turmeric = 500-1,000mg daily
β†’ Omega 3 = 2,000mg daily
* IMPORTANT NOTE: You do NOT need to take ALL of these supplements at once. Please ensure that if you choose to try a supplement, it's because;

This means showing up to the gym, controlling the foods that go into your mouth, and getting to sleep on time.
No one is gonna do this for you.

Instead of searching for complicated plans and fad diets, focus on getting the basics right.
