Dr Yaver A Kazi MD is a self-employed Consultant Pulmonologist, Allergy & Asthma Specialist with a vast experience of more than 25 years in treating Chest Diseases & Respiratory Allergies. He is a Consultant to the International Study on Allergy & Asthma in Childhood (ISAAC Phase 3) Regional Collaborating Centre; Consultant Pulmonologist on Advisory Board on Survey for Prevalence of Respiratory Allergies in Islamabad- Urban Area, PMRC. He was the Expert Panelist for the National Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Non- communicable Diseases in Pakistan and Technical Consultant on Prevention, Control & Health Promotion Related to Chronic Lung Disease/Tobacco Control in Pakistan. He completed his post graduate training in Thoracic Medicine in 1988 from the prestigious Brompton Hospital, London. Dr Kazi is a Diplomate in Thoracic Medicine from the University of London, UK and a Fellow of the Heart & Lung Institute, London. He worked as a Chest Specialist/ Bronchoscopist and a Trainer for 10 years from 1988-98.
