Do you want your kids to enjoy every bite of their food without craving for any kind of devices e.g phone or tab or TV?
Well, Here are a few things that actually might help you to develop this habit:
👼 Your baby will be totally screen-free if you never show them any devices since they are born. So this is never an option if they want to eat or not.
👼 you should have a fixed meal routine for them. All the timings for their meal should be set and don’t give them anything just before their meal time.
👼 Never give them outside food. Only homemade healthy khana should be in their diet. No CHIPS, No SWEETS, No Sugary foods, No CHOCOLATES or ICECREAMS. Any packaged food should not be permitted.
👼 Never force them to eat more. The moment they says NO, don’t force them a bite. Bcuz your Baby knows when they are full, we don’t need to force them to eat.
👼 Never offer substitutes. Whatever meal is prepared for them they will eat that. Have a day fixed for cheat meals in a week.
👼 Only one person should feed them at a time in a separate room to avoid distraction.
👼 Always encourage healthy eating as a family and kids IMITATE!
👼 As a parent, always make sure no one else gives them food except close family members without your permission.
Establishing a healthy diet routine is very important for a child’s development. A child should know what he is eating and food with a SCREEN is going to damage their mental and physical health in the long run.
