Pt presented with h/o needle injury 1 hour ago. Multiple attempts were made by pt himself and 2 different doctors which lead to pushing the needle further deep into the tissues. At the time of presentation needle wasn’t palpable even on deep palpation. C-arm facility wasn’t available unfortunately at the moment and pt insisted on removal under consent. Careful dissection was done through already made incision of about 1 cm and needle was removed.
