Rozan successfully conducted a 1-Day Workers Session at Depot 2 (China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation) under the Karachi Mobility Project โ BRT Yellow Line. This session marked another important step toward promoting safe workplaces and responsible community engagement within the construction sector.
Designed to translate awareness into practical action, the session focused on:

Prevention & Mitigation of SEA/SH & GBV Risks
Workers discussed how risks can arise in construction settings, how to identify early warning signs, and the responsibility each individual holds in preventing misconduct and promoting respectful behavior.

Violence Against Children (VAC) Awareness
Participants explored the importance of safeguarding children and ensuring that construction activities do not negatively impact surrounding communities.

Special emphasis was placed on professional ethics, dignity, accountability, and respectful interactions at the workplace and beyond.
