๐ŸŒฟ Two-Day Workshops on Referral Pathways and Tracking Systems Concluded! ๐ŸŒโœจ

Rozan, in partnership with Care International Pakistan and with the support of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) under the AAWAZ II Programme, successfully conducted two-day workshops on Referral Pathways and Tracking Systems (Before and After Mapping), with a strong focus on ensuring inclusion and intersectionality in service mapping.

The workshops aimed to strengthen stakeholdersโ€™ understanding of coordinated referral mechanisms, improve tracking systems, and promote inclusive, survivor-centered service delivery for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) survivors across Sindh. As the technical partner of Care International Pakistan, Rozan remains committed to building responsive, accessible, and equitable protection systems. ๐ŸŒฑ

Over the two days, participants:
๐Ÿ“˜ Enhanced their understanding of referral pathways and tracking mechanisms through before-and-after mapping
๐Ÿงญ Strengthened skills to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities within existing GBV service networks
๐Ÿค Applied an intersectional lens to ensure services are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to diverse survivor needs

These workshops mark an important step toward strengthening coordinated GBV response systems and improving access to quality services for all.

๐Ÿ’ญ What insights from the workshops stood out to you the most?
