Postpartum depression ,

Postpartum depression is a type of mental illness associated with childbirth. Symptoms may include extreme sadness, low energy, anxiety, crying episodes, irritability, and changes in sleeping or eating patterns. Onset is typically between one week and one month following childbirth. PPD can also negatively affect the newborn child.

Symptoms of postpartum depression can vary from woman to woman. But common signs include:
1. feeling sad, hopeless, or overwhelmed
2m feeling worried, scared, or panicked
3. blaming yourself unnecessarily
4. crying a lot
5. feeling moody
6. anger
7. sleeping too much or too little
8. eating too much or too little
9. trouble concentrating

Postpartum depression needs to be treated through medication and therapy. Therapeutic assistance can help mothers in getting rid of PPD and making things easy for them.
