پی سی این ایل ایک محفوظ اور مؤثر طریقۂ علاج ہے جو بڑے گردے کے پتھروں کو نکالنے کے لیے استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن بعض اوقات اس کے بعد نایاب پیچیدگیاں پیدا ہو سکتی ہیں — جن میں سب سے

یہ پیچیدگی تقریباً 0.3٪ سے 1٪ پی سی این ایل (PCNL) کیسز میں واقع ہوتی ہے۔

🔍 پسو اینیورزم کیا ہے؟

پسو اینیورزم ایک ایسا زخم ہے جس میں شریان سے خون رس کر ایک چھوٹی سی تھیلی بناتا ہے جو شریان کے باہر ہوتی ہے۔ یہ عموماً PCNL کے دوران یا بعد میں گردے کی شریان کو نقصان پہنچنے سے ہوتا ہے۔

یہ علامات کے ساتھ ظاہر ہو سکتا ہے:
