🧂Salt Wars: Pink v/s Sea v/s Black: Which One’s REALLY Healthier?

Most people think “pink salt is the healthiest” or “sea salt has more minerals”… but science tells a different story

✅ Pink Himalayan Salt contains trace minerals (iron, magnesium, potassium) which gives it the pink color 🌸

Pros: natural, less processed, beautiful taste
Cons: mineral content is too tiny to make a real health difference (Journal of Analytical Chemistry, 2011)
