This patient was concerned about the height/length of her upper right lateral incisor (tooth no 2) which was smaller than the left side and secondly the gum margin was not at the same level on the right and left sides.
She was fitted with lingual/hidden braces and the right lateral incisor was pushed up to align the gum margin with the left side and then composite build up (tooth coloured glue was added) was carried out. This build up was done temporarily to help visualise the final result but the patient was so pleased with this temp build up that she decided to keep this on rather than going for a definitive treatment of crown etc. This treatment took about 3-4 months.
