My Observation about COVID
1:All those people having tough life e.g. Labour class with physical work in the Sun are either not effected by COVID or remain asymptomatic
2: All those people who do indoor physical work have minimum symptoms
3: People having sedentary life style are the most prone population for COVID infection.
4: Age factor is a important risk factor because of decreasing physical activity
5: Developed countries like USA, UK, Europe has high mortality because of sedentry life style and lack of physical activity
6: Less mortality in Asian countries, is because of poverty and manual work, tough life of labour class
7: Same applies for African countries
8: You can always expect exception
This is my personal opeñion based on limited data, Your opeñion may differ.
Best way to avoid this infection is Light exercise in the outdoor along with healthy diet.
