The HPV vaccines and syringes, worth Rs10 billion, have been provided by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Authorities further stated that Pakistan plans to integrate the HPV vaccine into its routine immunization program to ensure all girls, 9-14 years of age are vaccinated in the future. Subsequent vaccine procurement will be managed directly by the government when it will be part of EPI.
