We’re seeking a proactive Branch Manager & Purchaser to oversee day-to-day operations at the Citi Housing Branch in Jhelum and manage procurement to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of goods and services.
Role Overview A hands-on leader who will drive branch performance, manage procurement, oversee inventory, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate combines retail operations expertise with strong vendor management and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily branch operations: sales, customer service, cash handling, security, and compliance
Manage procurement: source, negotiate, and purchase goods/services; manage vendor relationships
Inventory control: monitor stock levels, turnover, and replenishment planning
SOPs and compliance: enforce procedures, health and safety standards, regulatory compliance
Team leadership: recruit, train, schedule, and mentor branch staff
Financial oversight: budgeting, expense control, and reporting
Customer engagement: build trust with residents and stakeholders; address escalations
Performance tracking: monitor KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, stock metrics, savings)
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or relevant hands-on experience)
3–5 years in retail, operations, and procurement (housing, real estate, retail, or services preferred)
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and costing skills
Inventory management and procurement planning experience
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with procurement software/ERP is a plus
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance relevant to branch operations
