Minister shb is right.
Breast milk is the best and most complete source of nutrition for infants. Unlike formula milk, which has become a massive commercial industry, especially in countries like Pakistan with a large and growing population—breast milk is natural, perfectly balanced, and uniquely designed to meet all the nutritional and immune requirements of a developing baby.
No formula can truly replicate the antibodies, enzymes, and natural nutrients found in a mother’s milk. Breastfeeding protects infants against infections, allergies, and many chronic diseases later in life. It also contributes to the mother’s health by reducing the risk of breast and ovarian cancers and helping the body recover after childbirth.
Parents, especially mothers, should understand the lifelong benefits of breastfeeding and follow proper breastfeeding practices as recommended by health professionals and the World Health Organization (WHO). Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months is strongly encouraged, followed by continued breastfeeding along with complementary foods up to two years of age or beyond.
Beyond its nutritional value, breastfeeding builds an unbreakable emotional bond between mother and child, fostering warmth, security, and love that lasts a lifetime.
