World autism day was not just a celebration, it was an experience that touched hearts, opened minds, and brought emotions to the surface.🧡

At Therapy Home, we honored World Autism Awareness Day in a way that words can hardly capture. Our incredible Occupational Therapist, Dr. Ruhma, led a powerful session where parents didn’t just learn about autism and they felt it.

Through carefully designed activities, they stepped into the world their children navigate every day… a world that is often overwhelming, misunderstood, yet deeply meaningful.
What followed was something truly unforgettable.

Our respected Psychologist, Sir Manzar, guided parents through a calming meditation a rare moment for them to pause, breathe, and simply appreciate themselves.
As the silence deepened, so did the emotions.

Many parents found themselves in tears… releasing, reflecting, and reconnecting with their own strength.
It was a reminder that behind every child is a parent who is trying, loving, and perseverance and springs from their parents and , often silently.

We didn’t just raise awareness.
We built empathy.
We created connection.
We honored resilience. 💫
