Middle aged lady initially presented with severe lower back pain with radiation to both lower limbs
She was diagnosed as case of Lumber disc herniation
She operated twice by a surgeon 2 years back but did not got relief from pain !
When she arrived she was on wheel chair with lower limb power 2/5
Weight 130 aprox
Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension
She was having bilateral radiculopathy and L5 pars fracture

This was very challenging case

I operated the patient
By the grace of almighty she is pain free now
Finally she can walk

Power was 1/5
Diagnosis .
1. L2 vertebra fracture
2. Fracture of tibia fibula both lower limbs

By the Grace of Almighty patient was managed with multidisciplinary approach

I operated for Lumber spine fracture while fixation of tibia and fibula was done by my Elder brother Dr Faheem Ahmed (Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon )

MashAllah patient was discharged within after 2 days, He power is improving
