16 Years and Still Strong: The Power of Joint Preservation! 🦵✨

We are thrilled to share a remarkable 16-year follow-up of a patient treated with High Tibial Osteotomy (HTO) using the Ilizarov technique.

At the time of surgery, the goal was to correct the mechanical axis and delay the need for a total knee replacement. Fast forward nearly two decades:
✅ The joint space is preserved.
✅ The alignment remains perfect.
✅ Most importantly, the patient remains active and pain-free!
