Anxiety is a natural response to stress, but sometimes it can become overwhelming. Here are some common signs that you or someone you know may be experiencing anxiety:

1️⃣ Excessive Worry: Constantly thinking and worrying about everyday tasks or upcoming events, even when they seem insignificant.

2️⃣ Restlessness: Feeling on edge, agitated, or unable to relax. Finding it difficult to sit still and constantly fidgeting.

3️⃣ Fatigue: Frequently feeling tired or lacking energy, even after getting enough rest. Anxiety can be mentally and physically draining.

4️⃣ Difficulty Concentrating: Struggling to focus on tasks or having a racing mind filled with distracting thoughts.

5️⃣ Irritability: Feeling easily annoyed, impatient, or having a shorter fuse than usual. Small things can trigger big emotional reactions.

6️⃣ Muscle Tension: Experiencing muscle tightness, jaw clenching, or body aches due to heightened stress levels.

7️⃣ Sleep Disturbances: Having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or having restless and vivid dreams.

گھبراہٹ یا اضطراب, تناؤ کا فطری ردعمل ہے، لیکن بعض اوقات یہ گھبراہٹ بہت زیادہ ہو سکتا ہے۔ گھبراہٹ کی بہت سی مختلف علامات ہیں۔
مختلف علامات کو جانیں تاکہ آپ
کو بروقت مدد حاصل کر سکے!

1️⃣ ضرورت سے زیادہ فکر: روزمرہ کے غیر معمولی کاموں یا آنے والے واقعات کے بارے میں مسلسل سوچنا اور فکر کرنا.

2️⃣ بے چینی.

3️⃣ تھکاوٹ: اکثر تھکاوٹ یا توانائی کی کمی محسوس کرنا۔

4️⃣ توجہ مرکوز کرنے میں دشواری: کاموں پر توجہ مرکوز کرنے کے لیے جدوجہد کرنا یا پریشان کن خیالات سے بھرا ہوا دماغ۔

Shortness of breath: Suddenly, it feels like someone stole all the air in the room. You find yourself gasping for breath, like a goldfish out of water!

Intense fear or impending doom: Your mind screams danger, even when there is none.

Dizziness or lightheadedness: Your head spins, making it hard to stay on your feet.

🔥 Chest pain or discomfort: It's like an elephant is sitting on your chest, making it tight and uncomfortable!

💦 Sweating or trembling: Your body goes into overdrive, and you start sweating. Your hands shake.

🤯 Feeling out of control: Thoughts race through your mind. It's overwhelming and hard to keep up.
