7 week baby with non billious vomiting.
Ultrasound shows enlarged and thickened pylorus with maximum length of canal measuring 17 mm, maximum transeverse diameter measuring 14 mm and single pyloric muscle wall thickness measuring 4.2 mm.
No passage of gastric contents seen through pylorus after feeding.
Cervix sign 👉 indentation of pylorus into antrum.
Antral Ni**le sign 👉 pyloric mucosa protruding into gastric antrum.
Diagnosis : Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis
