Healthcare professionals shared valuable information on the importance of regular screenings, self-examination, and timely diagnosis.
The event also encouraged open discussions to reduce stigma and promote awareness within the community.

Here are some important Do’s and Don’ts to help prevent breast cancer:

Do’s:
• Perform regular breast self-examinations.
• Schedule annual medical checkups and mammograms as advised by your doctor.
• Maintain a healthy weight through a balanced diet.
• Exercise regularly to stay active.
• Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
• Limit alcohol intake.

اس پروگرام کا مقصد خواتین میں بریسٹ کینسر کی بروقت تشخیص اور علاج کے حوالے سے شعور پیدا کرنا تھا۔
خواتین نے بھرپور شرکت کی، سوالات کیے، اور اپنی صحت کے حوالے سے قیمتی معلومات حاصل کیں۔
پروگرام میں معلوماتی گفتگو، آگاہی سیشنز، اور حوصلہ افزا پیغام شامل تھے جنہوں نے شرکاء کو اعتماد اور آگہی دی۔

Little Dua, just 6 months old, was diagnosed with a serious condition requiring immediate surgery.

Her family, unable to afford the treatment, turned to Al-Mustafa Welfare for help. Upon learning about her situation, Al-Mustafa took full responsibility, covering her medicines, operation, and care completely free of cost.
