نرسنگ کونسل صدارتی آرڈننس نفاذ کے بعد تمام تر اختیارات وزارت صحت کو تفویض

19 ممبران پر مشتمل نئی کمیٹی تشکیل دی جائے گی کمیٹی صدر اور نائب صدر منتخب کرے گی

نرنسگ کونسل کے کسی بھی فیصلہ کو منظور یا مسترد کرنے کی ویٹو پاور سیکرٹری ہیلتھ کو حاصل ہو گی

وفاقی سیکرٹری ہیلتھ وفاقی ڈی جی ہیلتھ اور چاروں صوبوں کے ڈی جی نرسنگ ممبر ہوں گے

ہر صوبے سے پرائیویٹ سیکٹر سے ایک نرس کمیٹی کی ممبر ہو گی

ایک ایل ایچ وی اور ایک مڈ وائف بھی کمیٹی کا حصہ ہو گی
سیکرٹری نرسنگ کونسل کا ایم ایس این اور نرس ہونا لازمی قرار

ایک مخیر شخص چارٹرڈ اکاونٹنٹ اور ممبر لیگل کمیٹی کے لئیے اشتہار دیا جائے گا

کمیٹی کو ملک بھر کے نرسنگ کالجز کی رجسٹریشن اور دوبارہ انسپیکشن کا بھی اختیار ہو گا۔
