It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work. 💁‍♂️

🔺Why you shouldn't skip it?

✔️Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating.
When you wake up, the blood sugar your body needs to make your muscles and brain work their best is usually low. Breakfast helps replenish it.
If your body doesn’t get that fuel from food, you may feel zapped of energy and you'll be more likely to overeat later in the day.

Mangoes are often referred to as the ‘King of the Fruits’, 👑and it’s not hard to see why.
With their sweet taste, incomparable flavour and health properties, they bring a slice of sunshine to the plates. 🌄

But, wait!

Does it spring the same happiness at the sight of these mangoes for those affected with diabetes?🤔

A lot of uncertainty exists whether people with diabetes should eat mango or not.🙆‍♀️

🗣️This self-imposed forbidden fruit for a person with diabetes is actually a WONDER fruit.

It is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B-complex (except B12), Vitamin C and polyphenols.

Owing to its anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, it also boosts your immunity.💪

✔️People with Diabetes should eat mangoes in moderation.
✔️Also, space out your fruit intake between meals, enjoy mango as a midmorning or evening snack.
DON'T EAT IT WITH YOUR MAJOR MEALS. ❌
✔️Just make sure that you are not eating a lot of carbs in one go, which could affect blood glucose levels.
✔️One serving of fruit should contain 15gms of carbohydrates, that translates to about ½ cup of mango. Which means eat half cup of mango at a time.
AVOID JUICE OF MANGO ❌

You overate, now what? That feeling after overeating can be a really uncomfortable one. It can make you feel tired and like you have low energy. It can hurt your stomach and even make you feel like you need to unbutton your pants. While these feelings aren’t fun to feel, they’re also normal.✌️

The reason overeating has become so common makes a lot of sense when you think about it. "Every single day we are faced with opportunities to overeat," "We live in an age where hyper-palatable food is highly available for cheap." Think: cookies, cakes, french fries, pizza, ice cream... and the list goes on. While there's nothing wrong with eating those foods on occasion, the temptation to eat them all day, every day is real. We're constantly inundated with images of delicious food from social media feeds to mainstream media that make our brains light up like fireworks.

But, knowing that it happens and understanding what to do next makes all the difference in going down a black hole of feeling badly about yourself versus simply moving on with your day. Trust me, you’ll be much happier with that latter option. 🤩
