500 calories from chocolate won’t be same as 500 calories from say eggs and steaks.
Calories are important but quite insignificant when it comes to its sources.
What we eat can block or trigger certain hormones. These hormones has a lot to do with whether we will loose fat or store fat.
If you are maintaining a caloric deficit and still not getting desired or expected results try to focus on source of your calories. I can guarantee that your results will change with in days.

Remember fat burning or storage is sign how well your body is operating. Getting the body to burn fat means you have fixed a lot of other factors.

Most of the health conditions that people get are signs from the body that something is wrong inside it. We keep our focus of weight loss which further aggravates the core problem.
Figuring out which body type you are is the 1st step. Funny part is that no matter which body type you are, once you start fixing the core problem you end up loosing stored fat and not just weight.

Been following these rules since 5 years now. Coming from an extremely messed up situation these rules help me progress that I had never imagined. It is tough but much more effective.

My physiological is no different from other people so it will work for everyone. Though I do agree that consistency is key to get results so one might want to make tweaks which is perfectly fine.

However everyone should be well aware of the lies we are told which encourage behaviors and habits that are not just profitable for food and pharma Industry but adversely affect our healths. Being unhealthy is good the food and pharma corporates.

Food is the most effective drug…Take control, make a difference.

Certain things are a direct reflection of our health. Waking up in state of fat burning is one of a major indicator. It reflects that you are not only eating the right food but also the right quantity and at the right time with optimal level of sleep, recovery and strain.

And i have to mention that lumen does help a lot keeping track of things. I use it regularly to figure out how my body is processing a meal/dessert/etc from a new vendor! You will be surprised how the “keto friendly” claimed foods by many of these kitchens puts you off ketosis!
