𝙏𝙀𝙉 𝙢𝙖𝙟𝙤𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 :-

1. Everyone in family owns smartphone.
2. Vacations under social pressure.
3. Buying a car as a status symbol.
4. Avoiding home made food and unnecessarily eating out on weekends.
5. Brand conscious for salons, parlours and clothes. Spoiled lifestyle increasing medical expenses.
6. Trying to make Birthday and anniversary special by spending more money rather than time together.
7. Grand weddings and family functions.
8. Commercialization of Hospitals, Schools and tuitions.. education...etc.
9. Spending what you haven't yet earned...by loans and credit cards...
10. Spending tons of money on interiors of house & office and thereby increasing the Maintenance cost....

We are copying others lifestyle without understanding our own needs and income.If this does not get curtailed,it will lead to lots more stress and anxiety with passing years (as habits don't change).

LESSON:
Struggling is a sign that you are on a verge of success. Don't quit yet.

LESSON:

LESSON:

LESSON:

*LESSON:* Believe in yourself even if no one does & never think of quitting.

*LESSON:* Nothing is ever too late. "Too late" is a language of failures. Your future can begin at any age. Don't ever let AGE limit you.

11. *Aliko Dangote said,* "I worked for my uncle since I was a small boy, people looked down on me. I later on took a loan from my uncle to open a tiny shop. I worked hard to make ends meet. Now I am the richest Man in Africa.

*LESSON:* Failures or limitations of the past have no control over the greatness in you. To him that believes, all things are possible.

12. *Barack Hussein Obama said,* I am a son of a black immigrant from Kenya, I graduated from Harvard and later on became a Senator in Chicago. I was also the President of the most powerful nation on Earth.

*LESSON:* Never design your life like a garden where anyone can walk in and out. Design it like the sky where everyone aspires to reach!

13. *Arnold Swarzzenegger said,* I traveled to America in search of financial independence when I was 15yrs old. I became the world's strongest man 7 times and Mr Universe. I then got my Economics degree, then I became one of Hollywood's best actors before I was voted twice as governor of California."

*LESSON:* Don't wait for everybody to believe in your ability and dreams.

چار ہارمون جن کے خارج ہونے سے انسان خوشی محسوس کرتا ہے:
1. Endorphins ، اینڈورفنس
2. Dopamine ڈوپامائین
3. Serotonin ، سیروٹونائین
and اور
4. Oxytocin آکسی ٹوسین
*ہمارے اندر خوشی کا احساس ان چار ہارمونس کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہےاس لئےضروری ہے کہ ہم ان چار ہارمونس کے بارے میں جانیں*۔

▪پہلا ہارمون اینڈورفنس ہے :
جب ہم ورزش کرتے ہیں تو ہمارا جسم درد سے نپٹنے کیلئے اینڈورفنس خارج کرتا ہے تاکہ ہم ورزش سے لطف اٹھا سکیں۔ اسکےعلاوہ جب ہم کامیڈی دیکھتے ہیں، لطیفے پڑھتے ہیں اس وقت بھی یہ ہارمون ہمارے جسم میں پیدا ہوتا۔ اسلئے خوشی پیدا کرنے والے اس ہارمون کی خوراک کیلئے ہمیں روزانہ کم از کم 20منٹ ایکسرسائز کرنا اور کچھ لطیفے اور کامیڈی کے ویڈیوز وغیرہ دیکھنا چاہیئے۔

▪دوسرا ہارمون ڈوپامائین ہے:
زندگی کے سفر میں، ہم بہت سے چھوٹے اور بڑے کاموں کو پورا کرتے ہیں، جب ہم کسی کام کو پورا کرتے تو ہمارا جسم ڈوپامائین کو خارج کرتا ہے. اور اس سے ہمیں خوشی محسوس ہوتی ہے۔
جب آفس یا گھر میں ہمارے کام کے لئے تعریف کی جاتی تو ہم اپنے آپ کو کامیاب اور اچھا محسوس کرتے ہیں، یہ احساس ڈوپامائین کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے۔
اب آپ سمجھ سکتے ہیں کہ عورتیں عموماً کھر کا کام کرکے خوش کیوں نہیں ہوتی اسکی وجہ یہ ہیکہ گھریلو کاموں کی کوئی تعریف نہیں کرتا۔
جب بھی ہم نیا موبائیل، گاڑی، نیا گھر، نئے کپڑے یا کچھ بھی خریدتے ہیں تب بھی ہمارے جسم سے ڈوپامائین خارج ہوتا ہے۔اور ہم خوش ہوجاتے ہیں.
اب، آپ سمجھ گئے ہوں گے کہ شاپنگ کرنے کے بعد ہم خوشی کیوں محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

▪تیسرا ہارمون سیروٹونائین:
جب ہم دوسروں کے فائدہ کیلئے کوئی کام کرتے ہیں تو ہمارے اندر سے سیروٹونائین خارج ہوتا ہے اور خوشی کا احساس جگاتا ہے۔
انٹرنیٹ پر مفید معلومات فراہم کرنا، اچھی معلومات لوگوں تک پہنچانا، بلاگز، Quora اور فیس بک پر پر عوام کے سوالات کا جواب دینا اسلام یا اپنے اچھے خیالات کی طرف دعوت دینا ان سبھی سے سیروٹونائین پیدا ہوتا ہے اور ہم خوشی محسوس کرتے ہیں۔

▪چوتھا ہارمون آکسی ٹوسین ہے:
جب ہم دوسرے انسانوں کے قریب جاتے ہیں یہ ہمارے جسم سے خارج ہوتا ہے۔
جب ہم اپنے دوستوں کو ہاتھ ملاتے ہیں یا گلے ملتے ہیں تو جسم اکسیٹوسین کو خارج کرتا ہے۔

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.

So always find help by our professionals and get ready to learn this skill.
