Operated a case of Chiari Malformation with Suboccipital Craniectomy + C1 Laminectomy + Duraplasty. It was a difficult case because of the craniovertebral junction angulation and short neck. ALHAMDULILLAH patient is performing well postoperative. Sensory changes have improved and power is intact.
Patient presented with history of neck pain, occipital headache, and sensory changes in the limbs.
