Severity:(Cobb Angle on X-rays)

Mild 40–50° → Surgery

Treatment:
-Observe (mild)
-Brace (growing, moderate)
-Surgery (severe/progressive)

Surgery depends on: Cause + curve + growth

Early Detection:
Screen early → better outcomes
