My client had a right total hip replacement followed by a left total knee replacement. After that his hips felt uneven, his back hurt, and he had a feeling of one leg being longer than the other. His left long appeared longer but after some testing it was clear that it was a functional leg length difference (LLD) and not anatomical.
NKT testing found the left gluteus medius overworking and the right gluteus medius underworking. Released the left and activated the right.
Then we found the right QL overworking and the left QL underworking. Released the right and activated the left.
When we were done his leg length was perfect and he walked without feeling any difference.
