My today's recipe is a juggad recipe, a cost effective and easily available ingredient recipe. So lets follow my page for more interesting and easy to cook recipe for daily routine cooking.

🔥KARAHI QEEMA 🔥

🍅INGREDIENTS :-

Mutton/ beef mince 250 grams
GG paste 1 tsp
Red tomatoes 3
Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 4 Tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Dried fenugreek leaves 1/4 tsp
Julian cut ginger for garnish
Sliced green chillies for garnish
Charcoal for smoke

🍅METHOD:-

🥘In a vok heat oil. Add gg paste. Saute for few seconds. Add finely chopperize mince
(I prefer making mince from boti)

🥘Bhonify till mince changes its colour. Now add tomatoes cut into half. Place these tomatoes over mince (pulp side towards mince). Cover and cook for few minutes on low flame.

🥘After few minutes open the lid and remove tomato skin with the help of tong. Now mash tomatoes with the spoon.

🥘Add salt +crushed red chillies + crushed black pepper + turmeric powder and bhonify for few minutes, so tomatoes and all powdered spices completely mix with mince.

🥘Now add some water and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes add yoghurt with remaining ingredients(crushed corriander seeds +crushed cumin seeds +dried fenugreek and bhonify till oil separates.

🥘Dish out in a small karahi. Garnish with julian cut ginger & chopped green chillies. Serve hot with tandoori naan or homemade chapatti.

QEEMA GHOUTALA

INGREDIENTS :-
●●●●●●●●●●

Chicken boneless 300 grams
(Chopperize with 2-3 green chillies + 2-3 cloves of garlic and a piece of ginger into fine mince)
Oil 1/2 cup
Sliced onion 1 large
Tomato paste 1 large tomato
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp heaped
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Amchor powder 1/4 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp heaped
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum 1
Chopped carrots 2
Cubed potatoes 1 large

METHOD :-

In a pot heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry till light golden. Add tomato paste with powdered spices from salt till cumin powder. Bhonify.

When oil separates, now add chopperize chicken mince. Again stir cook till chicken change color to white and spices completely cooked.

Now add a glass of water and cover the lid. Cook on medium flame till chicken completely cooked.

Now add yoghurt with dried fenugreek and amchor powder and bhonify for few minutes.

Then add chopped carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook till vegetables tender.

Now with the help of kitchen masher, mashed all ingredients into fine mashed form. On final stage bhonify chicken ghoutala and add chopped capsicum.

Cover and simmer for few minutes. Tasty and flavourous qeema ghoutala ready to serve. Serve with puri paratha or naan or bread of your choice.

Hope you all are doing well. Today I want to share a very yummy and my own created recipe of bhindi. It's one of my family favourite dish. Give it a try.

FRIED BHINDI (OKRA )
¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥

INGREDIENTS :-

Bhindiyan (okra) 1/2 kg
Sliced onion 1 small
Sliced tomatoes 1 medium
Chopped green chillies 1-2
Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Amchor powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Oil 2 Tbsp for masala
Oil for frying okra

METHOD :-

Select long and thick okra. Wash and rinse excess water. Now cut both head and tail of all okra properly. Cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry okra on medium flame. Before frying okra prepare it's masala first.

MASALA PREPARATION :-

In a pot heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry 1/2 sliced onion till golden color. Add sliced tomato. Cook till tomato soften.

Now add powdered spices. Bhonify till oil separates.

Now add fried okra. Sprinkle remaining sliced onion,chopped green chillies and amchor powder. Now mix all ingredients with soft hand. So masala mix well with okra.

Now squeeze lemon juice. Cover and cook on low flame for few minutes. Tasty dried bhindi ready to serve.

Serve hot with homemade chapatti. Enjoy with your family and friends 🤩

Hope you all are doing well. Have a nice weekend and here I present a very special recipe as weekend special. I made it yesterday on auspicious occasion of jashan e milad un nabi.

I named it moti mahal due to small meat balls which look like pearls. Hope you will like it and try it at your homes.

MOTI MAHAL PULAO

INGREDIENTS :-
FOR MEAT BALLS

Chicken boneless 300 grams
Onion sliced 1 small
Green chillies 3-4
Corriander bunch 1/2
Mint leaves 8-10
GG paste 1/2 tsp
Gram masala powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Roasted gram flour (besan) 3 tbsp

Chopperized all above ingredients in a chopper and make fine mince. Make small balls by greasing your palms with oil. Keep aside for some time. After 1 hour deep fry them on medium flame till golden color. Dish out in a plate and keep aside.

INGREDIENTS :-
FOR MASALA:-

Sliced onion 3 medium
Sliced tomatoes 3 medium
Whole(sabut) gram masala 1 tbsp
GG paste 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Corriander powder 1 tbsp
Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yoghurt 3/4 cup
Oil 1 cup
Rice 1/2 kg soaked for half hour

In a pot heat oil. Fry onion till golden brown. Remove 1/2 fried onion for further use. Add whole gram masala with gg paste in remaining onion. Bhonify for few seconds.

Add sliced tomatoes and cook till tomatoes soften.

Add powdered spices from chilli flakes till salt in yoghurt and all add green chillies in yoghurt.

When tomatoes soften add fried chicken balls. Bhonify for few seconds. Add yoghurt mixture. Bhonify and cover cook for few minutes till oil separates.

Bhonify with gentle hands. Now add 4 cups of water (double to rice quantity). When start boiling add soaked rice. Check salt at this stage. If needed add some more.

Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.

Before putting on dum add remaining fried onion & kewra water. Cover and put on dum for 10-15 minutes on low flame. After 15 minutes switch off the flame and let it settle down for10 minutes.

Before serving garnish with fried onion and with kachumber raita. Enjoy yummy moti Mahal pulao with your family & friends
