Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment? Healthx Pakistan is seeking a dynamic HR Head to lead and manage our Human Resources department. If you have at least 8 years of experience in HR leadership, we want you to be a part of our growing team!
About the Role:
As the HR Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy at Healthx. You will manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
• Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace through strategic initiatives and training programs.
• Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
• Provide advice and counsel to the leadership team on HR matters, including workforce planning, compensation, and organizational changes.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and labor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
