DMC Ltd participated in DALFA Cattle show in order to aware agriculture, livestock and fisheries sectors about the use of genetic sequencing and how will next generation sequencing help them grow their businesses.

Which diseases does Airdoc Diagnose?

Since Airdoc is an Artificial Intelligence based device, so with its strong Intelligence, it diagnoses up to 50 diseases/lesions. These diseases can either be General diseases or Eye relevant diseases. These diseases lie in 9 categories including Vascular diseases, Tumor-related diseases, Diabetic retinopathy, Macular, Myopia, Suspected Glaucoma, Optic nerve related diseases, Vitreous, Choroidal and Retinal diseases and other abnormities. Why is Airdoc the only solution in recent times in medical field?

Chronic diseases like Vascular diseases, Tumor Related diseases, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular, Myopia, Suspected Glaucoma, Optic Nerve related Diseases, Vitreous, etc., are all those diseases which lie in the domain of Ophthalmology. But according to International Council of Ophthalmology, there are only 1860 Ophthalmologists (Eye Specialists) present in Pakistan. This means that each Ophthalmologist has to deal with 1 million people (i.e., 10 lakh people). Also, 70 percent of our Ophthalmologists live in the Urban areas of Pakistan whereas 70 percent of laymen people lives in the Rural areas of Pakistan.
