🌿 Community Session – Shah Faisal, Sadaat Colony 🌿

On 28th July 2025, our Rehab Clinical Psychologist, Ms. Unzila Aftab, led a powerful session focused on Healthy vs. Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms at Sadaat Colony, Shah Faisal. 🧠✨

Participants explored how to manage stress, emotions, and life challenges in constructive ways, while identifying and understanding habits that may be harmful to mental well-being. The session sparked meaningful conversations and reflections within the community. 💬💚
