Today early in the morning A child patient came in emergency department with hard hit to his top lip recently. It swelled pretty bad, turned into bruising, along with complex lip lacerations and then healed well. However, the trauma moved into his two front teeth causing a grey tint discoloration.

got X-rays and it went well! all necessitate management has done ✅❤️

-Female Patient has a continuous pain related to lower left third molar.

-After confirming the diagnosis and the treatment plan is determined.

We start with non surgical ttt which includes alot of modalities
So the accessibility for the extraction is improved ,So we can do the extraction without harmful effects to the patient during the operation.

AND we extract it. 👌

Caught up with one of my classmate and family friend kumar at my place for His dental treatment. a day before going to United states. He got few composite and fit and fissure filling and cleaning procedure.!
On other side, I really believe that health is not only wealth, but everything.
Resolution of the year would be like working on myself, to be a good human being with healthy and progressive life.

done pulpectomy of inflamed pulp.pulp has been replaced by intracanal medicated fillings she came to me with crying face and sever pain now is quite happy ✅😀
