With years of hands-on clinical experience and a deep commitment to patient recovery, Dr. Omparkash Thakur has become a trusted name in rehabilitation care across Karachi. A graduate of Dow University of Health Sciences, he began his professional journey at Rangoonwala Community Centre, where he managed complex neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary cases in a hospital-based setting.

Driven by continuous learning, he later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and went on to serve the profession in leadership roles, contributing to higher standards and professional development in Sindh.

Currently working as Head of Department at Banu Bai Physiotherapy Centre, he leads community rehabilitation programs while providing long-term, personalized care to patients. Known by many as the “Man with the Magic Hands,” his expertise includes neuro and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, spinal mobilization, manual therapy, chiropractic techniques, dry needling, cupping therapy, and community-based physiotherapy.
