PRCAUTIONARY WARNING - FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES OF EX EMPLOYEES :

I, Prof. Dr. M. Rafiq Khanani, Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Laboratories, hereby issue this formal legal and precautionary notice for the information of all concerned authorities, departments, organizations, and stakeholders.
It is hereby placed on record that our former employees, Mr. Syed Azhar Ali Shah holding CNIC 42301-2768006-7 and Ms. Irma Zameer, Holding CNIC # 42301-6178079-6 have been found prima facie involved in serious acts of fraud, misrepresentation, and impersonation, whereby they unlawfully used the name, credentials, and authority of Advanced Laboratories in connection with Sindh Police Health Screening activities, despite having no legal authorization, employment status, or mandate to do so.
Upon confirmation of these illegal acts, the matter was reported to the competent authorities and, with the involvement of senior officials of Sindh Police, a First Information Report (FIR No. 353/2025) has been duly registered at Police Station “A”, Sukkur. The case is presently under legal process, and further action is being pursued in accordance with applicable laws.
It has further come to our knowledge that the aforementioned individuals are continuing to attempt fraudulent activities, including misusing the names of other approved laboratory testing centers associated with Sindh Police / Other Corporate Sectors / and other government departments.
This notice is issued as a strict caution and legal warning that:
Advanced Laboratories bears no responsibility whatsoever for any act, commitment, transaction, or representation made by Mr. Syed Azhar Ali Shah or Ms. Irma Zameer.
Any individual, department, or organization engaging with them does so entirely at their own risk and liability.
Advanced Laboratories reserves the right to initiate further civil and criminal proceedings against any person found facilitating, abetting, or knowingly associating with such fraudulent activities.
All concerned are therefore strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and to verify credentials independently before entering into any engagement.
This notice is issued in good faith for public information, legal protection, and preventive purposes.
