Psychology students from MAJU had the opportunity to visit the "Cowasjee Jehangir Institute of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Hyderabad" where they explored the clinical side of mental health care in a real-world setting.

Students engaged with psychologists and institutional staff, observed therapeutic practices such as:
🎨 Art Therapy
🎢 Music Therapy
πŸ‘ Clay Therapy
🧠 CBT Modules and psychological assessments
πŸ₯ Male and Female Wards

This field visit provided invaluable exposure to institutional care models, therapeutic diversity, and the challenges and opportunities within mental health services in Pakistan.

🌿 The initiative directly supports:
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering collaboration between academic institutions and healthcare organizations to strengthen education and community impact.

We are grateful to the institute for opening its doors to our students and contributing to their learning journey.
