Creating Safer Workplaces for Women!

We were honoured to host an Awareness Session on Harassment Against Women at the Workplace at Hamdard University Hospital, organised by the Provincial Ombudsman, Sindh.

This powerful session aimed to shed light on the serious issue of workplace harassment and educate our staff about their rights, the laws in place for protection, and how to report misconduct safely and confidently.

🎤 The discussion included:
🔹 What counts as workplace harassment
🔹 How to respond if you face or witness it
🔹 Legal rights & protections under the law
🔹 Building a respectful and safe work culture

Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Session

The Department of Anesthesiology at Hamdard University Hospital successfully organized a BLS Training Session to enhance the lifesaving skills of our healthcare professionals.

Participants were trained in:
✅ Immediate response to cardiac arrest
✅ High-quality CPR techniques
✅ Use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
✅ Effective team-based resuscitation

Equipping our medical staff with essential resuscitation skills ensures that we continue to provide safe, efficient, and life-saving care to our patients.
