Successful implant integration requires a good foundation of bone to meet the esthetical and functional demands.
Not every patient presents with an ideal bone condition. In such scenarios, different grafting techniques and materials can be utilized to enhance implant success. Staged grafting
procedure for implant placement is a well-known technique in the literature with good success rate

Here we present you a case of chin bone graft at anterior maxilla in a 20 ,yes old young lady.

Implant placement planned after 6 months.

Presenting a case of severely displaced bilateral mandibular fracture.

This patient was managed with open reduction and internal fixation at both sites. He was placed into intermaxillary fixation using eyelets, and both fracture sites were exposed via intraoral vestibular approaches

Adenocarcinoma of the maxilla is a rare cancer originating from the glandular cells lining the maxillary sinus. It can be invasive and have a high risk of recurrence after surgery, potentially extending into the paranasal sinuses and even metastasizing to other parts of the body. Treatment usually involves a combination of surgery, radiation therapy, and sometimes chemotherapy, with prognosis varying depending on the stage and location of the tumor.

Here we present u a case of biopsy proven adenocarcinoma of maxilla treated with hemi maxillectomy

Odontogenic myxoma is a rare intraosseous neoplasm, which is benign but locally aggressive. It rarely appears in any bone other than the jaws. It is considered to be derived from the mesenchymal portion of the tooth germ. Clinically, it is a slow-growing, expansile, painless, non-metastasizing, central tumor of jaws, chiefly the mandible
Radiographically, the classic presentation is that of a multilocular radiolucency, with well-developed locules, consisting of fine trabeculae, arranged at right angles, known as the ‘Tennis-racquet’ or ‘step-ladder’ pattern. A ‘sun-ray’ or ‘sun-burst’ appearance has also been reported in the literature

Treatment is mostly surgical involving the removal of the entire involved part of the jaw(resections).

Here we present u the case of biopsy proven odontogenic myxoma managed with segmental resection followed by reconstruction with free fibula(leg bone) to reconstruct the removed part of jaw.
