I had the pleasure of conducting a voluntary session for senior citizens on the importance of a healthy lifestyle in disease prevention, and it was an incredible experience! Watching their enthusiasm and engagement was heartwarming, and I couldn't help but feel fulfilled to be sharing such valuable information. It's truly amazing how a simple talk can inspire positive change and make a difference in people's lives.

(The population usually we less care about)
I started my career as a physiotherapist by serving senior citizens and in my 7 years of career I serve this same population most often

Was invited to conduct a voluntary session at Rahimabad for senior citizens related to the health, Topic " prevention is better than cure", It was around 150 + audience, higher than ever and a great experience too, as most of my previous voluntary sessions were with senior citizens, as I have a keen interest to entertain these audiences as usually we less care about these population
