**SUMMER SKIN CARE AND HYDRATION TIPS**

🌞 **TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN AND HEALTH IN SUMMER!**

During the summer season, our skin and body need extra care. Here are some tips to keep you fresh and hydrated in this hot weather:

1. **HYDRATION**: Drink plenty of water! Make sure to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. You can add a bit of lemon and mint to make it more refreshing.

2. **SUN PROTECTION**: Don’t forget to apply sunscreen when going outside. If you get sunburned, soothe your skin with natural remedies like aloe vera gel.

3. **COOLING FOODS**: Include cooling foods in your diet, such as watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber. They help keep you hydrated and cool.

4. **ALOE VERA**: Apply aloe vera gel to your face and body. It is a natural moisturizer that soothes and cools the skin.

5. **HEADACHE RELIEF**: If you experience headaches due to the heat, use natural remedies like drinking water and gently massaging your temples.

6. **AVOID OILY FOODS**: Avoid oily and heavy foods during the summer. They can make your skin oilier and more prone to acne.

These simple and effective tips will help keep you fresh and healthy during the summer season. Take care of your skin and health, and enjoy the summer!

INTERMITTENT FASTING?

Intermittent fasting is a eating pattern that involves alternating periods of eating and fasting in order to promote weight loss, improved health, and increased longevity. It's like taking a break from food for a little while to give your body a chance to rest and rejuvenate!

Here's a simple example of what intermittent fasting might look like:

*Eating Window:* 8am - 4pm (8 hours)
*Fasting Window:* 4pm - 8am (16 hours)

During the eating window, you can eat normally and enjoy your favorite foods. Then, during the fasting window, you abstain from food and drinks (except for water). This gives your body 16 hours to focus on repairing and rejuvenating itself!

Some benefits of intermittent fasting include:

- Weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity
- Increased human growth hormone (HGH) production
- Improved mental clarity and focus
- Reduced inflammation and oxidative stress

Here's an image to help illustrate the concept:

[Eating Window]
🍳 8am - Breakfast
πŸ” 12pm - Lunch
πŸ• 4pm - Snack

[Fasting Window]
πŸ’§ 4pm - Water only
πŸ’€ 8am - Start eating again!

Remember, it's important to listen to your body and adjust your fasting schedule as needed. If you have any health concerns, be sure to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fasting regimen.
