Phase 3 of “Pathway to Smiles: Enhancing Daily Function” Successfully Completed! 🦷💙

Today, we proudly wrapped up Phase 3 of our Dental Camp at ANF MATRC Lyari, with 105 patients—including children, adolescents, adults, females, and detox ward—benefiting from dental screenings.

A heartfelt thank you to Smile With Us NGO for their continued partnership and to Muhammad Hammad, Occupational Therapist, for once again leading this impactful initiative. 🙌

This camp highlights the essential role of Occupational Therapy in promoting self-care routines, ADLs, health literacy, and functional independence as part of holistic rehabilitation.

Grateful to our multidisciplinary team for their ongoing support in making this series a success—one smile at a time! 😄🪥

In the month of February, all MATRC Karachi centers came together to celebrate Sports Week At MATRC Mangopir , where our patients actively participated in various sports and recreational activities.

Sports play a crucial role in the recovery journey, promoting physical and mental well-being, teamwork, and a positive outlook on life. Through these activities, our patients engaged in healthy competition, built confidence, and experienced the joy of movement and connection.

A big shoutout to everyone who participated and made this event a success! 💪👏 Let’s continue to support and encourage each other towards a healthier, addiction-free life.

✨ Pathway to Smiles: Enhancing Daily Function– Phase 2 SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED!✨

A day full of smiles, awareness, and impact! The Occupational Therapy Department of ANF MATRC Lyari, led by Muhammad Hammad (Occupational Therapist), successfully organized the second phase of our Dental Camp—spreading awareness about oral hygiene and its role in daily functionality. 🦷💙

We screened and educated 90+ patients, including children, females, adolescents, adults, and even the detox ward, alongside our dedicated hospital staff. From dental checkups to hygiene awareness and care techniques, every session was a step toward better health and brighter smiles! 😃✨
Because good oral health is more than just a smile—it’s a step toward functional independence! 💪

The Occupational Therapy Department at ANF MATRC Malir successfully concluded its exhilarating Sports Day!

✨ Day 2 Highlights:
🏓 Carom Board, 🎲 Ludo, and ⚽ Futsal Penalty matches were fiercely contested among the 4 Rehab Wards.

🏆 Rehab Young 1 emerged as the Winners!
🥈 Rehab Adult 1 claimed the Runner-Up spot!

The victorious teams proudly received their trophies 🏆, while every participant was honored with medals 🎖️ as a token of appreciation, presented by the Project Manager, ANF MATRC Malir.

At MATRC MGP, rehabilitation patients actively participated in a therapeutic puzzle-solving activity designed to support recovery and abstinence.
