Remembering Legend Ahmed Rushdi (Sitarae Imtiaz) on his 43rd death anniversary on 11th April 2026

The Renowned singer of sub continent started his career from Radio Pakistan and reached the height of fame in 1950s by singing "Bunder Road say Kemari " in Radio Pakistan and never look back

Its great honour for all that National Anthem "Pak Sar Zameen" recorded by Radio Pakistan in early 60s in his leading voice with others singers

Proud Happy Homer Parent Renowned Poet "Jamil uddin Aali ji" wrote Milli nagma" Mera Inam Pakistan" sung by Ahmed Rushdi in 1960 at Radio Pakistan later on sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali

Its great honour for Happy Home Alumni Association that he posthumously awarded Precious Civil Award "Sitarae Imtiaz" in 2003 on great efforts and presentation by Alumni founder President Ibrahim Moosa Khan

Happy Home Alumni Welfare approach Madame Tussauds London for Legend Ahmed Rushdi wax statue, they honoured our request and presentation, and alloted a reference number for working on this Legend

H.E Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr Shahbaz Shareef like Ahmed Rushdi and singing his two famous songs "Akalay na Jana" and "Ma Nahi Manta" wrote by "Habib Jalib"

Since so many decades past but we remember "Goal Gappa Wala", Chai chaheey konsi janab Lipton umda ha" "Ko Ko Rina"....always in our memories

Senior Respected English Teacher "Shirin Jaffer" passed away on April 1st at home

Mrs. Shirin Jaffer taught at HHS during its tender, formative years and left a gentle but lasting imprint on the hearts of all who knew her.

Mrs Shirin Jaffer was a much-loved wife, mother, grand mother and sister

Dua for the Isaal-e-Sawab was held on Friday April 03, from 4.00 pm - to 06.00pm at her residence Pase 5 DHA

May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah and give patience to the family (Ameen)

Nisar Bazmi on his 19th Death anniversary on 22nd March 2026

He was a Gem in Music Industry does not need any introduction

He was Guest Member Happy Home Alumni and Appreciated Alumni efforts
And attended various Happy Home events

Its great honour for Alumni that Ex President of Pakistan consider our request and approved Rupees Five Hundred thousand as monetary support and all Medical expenses bear by Government of Pakistan life time

He wish & love to compose a song for Happy Home Alumni but due to his health issues he not be able to compose

His numerous film songs and Milli Nagmays always in our memories
