👉🏻 For many, it takes years of silent suffering before the problem is identified and often years of trauma lead a person to the state they find themselves in. No one deserves this, no one chooses it and no one wishes to be affected by it.

🌱 It is time we, as a nation, learn to recognize the early signs and seek timely help. The common remark, “Mein pagal hoon kya?” often prevents people from reaching out. But the truth is, if you don’t take care of yourself, you may end up losing your mental wellbeing.
