Mutton Resha Kabab Recipe ⤵️
Eid Series with Episode 1 - Mutton Resha Kabab 🌙
Recipe
250 g boneless mutton
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp coriander pwd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with some water. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes till tender
- Let the meat cool then mash by hands
Filling
3 medium potatoes peeled & boiled
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 - 3 tbsp Hamdard Shami Kabab Masala
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Add all the ingredients in the mashed mutton & knead thoroughly by hands to make a stiff Kabab mixture
- Make Kabab Patties by hand and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
1 beaten egg
Oil for frying
- Dip the kababs in the egg & fry in medium hot oil till golden brown on all sides
- Serve hot with ketchup or raita
