Job Tittle: RMO (Morning/Evening Shift)

Responsibility:
• Provision of clinical and medical services under supervision.
• Formulation and implementation of patient management plans in line with evidence-based and cost effective principles.
• Coordination on in-patient management in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Communication with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Extensive communication with patients and their relatives.
• Adherence to legal and ethical requirements, pertinent to health care delivery.
• Ensure that patients receive adequate and appropriate assessment and emergency medical care, either directly or through supervision of junior medical staff.
• Initiation of management plan and organization of appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, in consultation with Senior Medical Officer as appropriate.
• Ensure that there is adequate consultation and communication of such assessment and management decisions to the appropriate and primary consultants.
• Ensure effective referral and disposition of the patient after they leave the Emergency Department. This includes discharge letters and instructions and prescriptions as required.
• Use teamwork and effective communication to deliver effective health care that includes patients and family members as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate and relevant documentation.
• Review of patient progress.
• Any other duties as requested by the Senior Medical Officer/Administrator in the Department.
Qualifications and Experience:
• MBBS along with valid PMDC.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in pediatric care, especially in the intensive care unit, is highly desirable

Lab Phlebotomist
Job Description:
• Perform blood collection procedures, including venipuncture, fingersticks, and heelsticks, as required.
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
• Handle, store, and transport samples safely and efficiently to the laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of collection equipment and workspaces, following infection control protocols.
• Support laboratory staff in processing and organizing specimens.
• Perform documentation and data entry tasks using MS Office with intermediate proficiency.
• Follow a rotational shift schedule (morning, evening, night) and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Minimum education level: Intermediate.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in donor collection, clinical laboratory work, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, donors, and team members.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
• Must have personal conveyance for commuting purposes.
