5:00 – 5:15 | Arrive, settle in, brief check-in
5:15 – 5:30 | Short meditation, group drumming to awaken energy and create a safe sacred space
5:30 – 6:00 | Introduction to Shamanism & the art of journeying
6:00 – 6:45 | Several short journeying rounds with time for sharing and reflection
6:45 – 7:00 | Closing circle, check-in, and shared snacks
