As we celebrate love and relationships on 14th February, let's also acknowledge the critical role men play in creating a safer, more equitable world for all.

Why Engage Men?

Yoga can help improve sleep quality by reducing stress, relaxing the mind and body, and regulating the body's circadian rhythms that are disturbed due to hormonal fluctuations.

Here's how you can incorporate slow rhythmic yoga flow in your daily self-care routine:

1. *Practice yoga 2-3 hours before bedtime* to allow your body time to wind down.
2. *Avoid vigorous yoga practices* before bedtime, as they can stimulate the body.
3. *Create a relaxing bedtime routine*, including yoga, reading, or meditation. Put away your devices away to relax your eyes.
4. *Make your sleep environment comfortable*, dark, quiet, and cool. And wear comfortable clothes with breathable fabric
