Dr. Fasih Ullah Mir M.B.B.S.,M.C.P.S,F.I.C.S. & DLO(LONDON) He obtained his post graduate diploma from the Royal college of surgeons London, United Kingdom in 1978.

A graduate of 1969 from LIAQUAT MEDICAL COLLEGE started his practice as an ENT specialist on his return from London in 1982. He is a member of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan. He is a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons and a member of the Royal Society of London. Dr. Fasih Ullah Mir is the first surgeon in Pakistan to perform the first cochlear implant surgery on a child with total deafness. Dr. Fasih Ullah Mir is also one of the pioneers of the Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Pakistan.
